I didn’t have a clear path or the encouragement to understand how fitness could impact my health, mindset, or confidence.
I was what people call "skinny-fat." That changed when I started lifting. In just nine weeks, I gained muscle, improved my posture and confidence, and even saw my skin clear up. Whether or not that last part was a coincidence, I knew I had found something that worked.
While all of this was happening, I was also diving deeper into software. I started my first computer repair business in high school and another at nineteen.
Both taught me discipline and resilience. As I learned to code, I continued tracking every workout by hand. I wanted structure and precision, but no app supported the level of consistency I needed.
Now that I know how to build software, I want to create tools that help others grow.
GainTain is a product I wish I had ten years ago. It gives people ownership over their fitness, helps them track progress, and supports them through every season of personal growth.
My journey was not perfect, but it taught me what matters. I hope GainTain gives you the clarity and support you need to keep moving forward.
